QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

Manage and direct the Quality Assurance functins so that a quality attitude prevail contributing to reduce scrap add rework while meeting the costumer quality requirements.
Ensuring that a quality system is established implemented and maintained in accordance with the Comapanyquality standard.
Reporting on th performance fo the quality system to the supplier´s management for review and as a basis for improvemente for the quality system.
Support and/or initiate programs that will contribute to the reduction of rejects.
Maintain favorable relations with the Plant customers throughvisitation programs prompt attention to complaints, and assure them shipments of acceptable parts.
Approve visual and provide approved dimensional standards for the manufacturing group so quality can be measured.
Provide assistance in controlling processes improvement in the context of prevention rather that deteccion.
Maintain a system of quality Assurance procedures that assures compliance to our customer´s quality requirements.
Approve proposed customer charges for rework an ispection prior to the same being performed.
Maintain an adequae record system for the plant´s information and protección.
Keep abreast of new development in the field.
Instruct plant quality and production associates so that quality standards are understood prior to initial production.
Develope methods and procedures to reduce th Plant´s inspection costs while achieving the circumstances of no adverse effects on prouct acceptability.
Maintain good housekeeping practice and enforce safety regulations within the areas of responsibility, thereby, assuring compliance to Law regulations.
