Web designer/programmer - bilingual English/Spanish 102644

Mexican Pacific Marketing is a boutique marketing and public relations firm with the main center in Manzanillo, Colima and offices in Cabo San Lucas and Irvine, California.

We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish web designer/programmer with experience in working in Flash, CSS, HTML, PHP, CMS (Content Management Systems) to work mainly in Dreamweaver 8 or MX and with Photoshop and InDesign.

The position involves working either from home (anywhere in the world) or in our offices in Manzanillo (preferably) or in Los Cabos. Normal working hours are 8 hours per week Monday to Friday with some Saturdays and extra time required when deadlines are near.

If the successful candidate works from home, we could consider a person for freelance (overflow) work aside from the full-time position advertised.

The salary for the position is 7,000 pesos (net) per month plus benefits.

Existing work authorization is preferred for non-Mexicans working in Mexico.

The ideal candidate has experience, is able to work independently on a goal/task basis and is able to implement SEO techniques in a web site and also in PPC campaigns (such as Google AdSense, AdWords, MSN, Yahoo PPC, etc).

Knowledge of marketing and public relations is an asset. Knowledge of the tourism industry in Mexico is a plus. See our client list and some samples of our work at www.mexicanpacific.com or www.mexpacific.com

The position involves creating web sites from scratch, redesigning existing sites, creating banners and other print and electronic media, newsletters, etc.

The successful candidate would integrate into our existing team of web designers, graphic designers and SEO Marketing specialists to work to bring the client the best possible product.

We are looking for someone with a very high level of creativity, adequate technical knowledge and the ability to meet deadlines.
