The ideal developer is an avid learner who is excited about web application development and wants significant growth potential in a job. This person must be ready for a job that is hands-on, demanding, and deadline-focused, but promises on-the-job training, and provides a work environment that allows developers the freedom to work however is most productive for them.

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience developing web sites and applications using object-oriented PHP 4 and 5, XML and JavaScript.
* HTML, AJAX, and CSS 2

* Experienced with SQL (i.e. Queries, updates, inserts, sprocs it's a plus)
* Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
* {This is a plus} Aware of web standards, there purpose, benefits and appropriateness
* {This is a plus} Familiarity with CodeIgnitor, Symfony, Zend, MVC, templating, caching, sessions, and authentication

* {This is a plus} Ruby on Rails

* {This is a plus} Unit Tests
