Bilingual Customer Service
Primary responsibility is to partner with Sales Organization to establish customer relationships that ensures ongoing and repeat sales. Responsible for maintaining working relationship with customers by pro-actively communicating order status of orders placed with company.
SPECIFIC DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• To complete pre-sale activities of price verification, stock availability, and basic technical information in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Complete sales activities including entering and expediting orders in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Complete post-sales activities including delivery verification, warranty administration, and return of product in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Comply with all department service metrics including phone response, order accuracy, and backlog review.
• Support internal customers by coordinating international transportation shipments.
• Support internal customers by assisting with freight claims.
• Monitor production schedules and expedites delivery per customer requests.
• Serve as liaison with manufacturing, logistics, and customer
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field of study preferred
• Minimum five years experience required; manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Previous Oracle experience a plus
