Ejecutivo de Ventas y Desarrollo de clientes
Summary
Responsible for the sale of Testing and Quality Assurance, Social compliance monitoring and Corporate Social Responsibility supply chain services. Client Development Manager is the primary customer interface who is responsible for development of new business opportunities and building senior level business relationships. Client Development Manager works to attain up most quality of service to company clients, expands profitable customer base in Mexico- Latin America, and increases revenues from existing clients
Essential functions
Identification and Development of New Clients:
1. Read and investigate web and media sources. Network in the industry and market
2. Cold Call potential clients via phone, e-mail and mailings and respond to their inquiries.
3. Meeting with clients to gain a full understanding of their business, their needs and expectations.
4. Prepare and submit service proposals to new clients.
5. When a new client is obtained, ensure proper start-up steps including client set up sheets.
6. Perform client specific procedures, database management and communication to the organization.
Management and Satisfaction of Existing Clients:
1. Develop social compliance programs, proposals and formal programs presented to clients. Maintain and sustain proposals and agreements that govern the relationship.
2. Prepare and update Client Specific Procedures so they are current and distributed.
3. Distribute forms, procedures, and instructions to operating offices, cell leaders and auditors.
4. Review account listings and billings and analyze them for conditions that will affect the success of the Company.
5. Update internal documents related to clients including field procedures and client contacts.
6. Suggest, develop, and introduce new products and services to clients.
Collaboration and Communication within Company:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Possession of a four year college degree in Marketing / Business Administration.
2. At least 5 years experience in marketing and sales industry.
3. Proven track record of successful client development and solution sales in social compliance marketplace.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in a 2nd language
5. Excellent communication and persuasion skills; written, telephonic, and in-person.
6. Excellent time management and flexibility. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Able to handle multiple problems simultaneously.
7. Excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills. Should have high level of energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
8. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet navigation, and e-mail.
9. Should be able to prioritize, work well under pressure, and be a team player.
10. Able to maintain confidentiality and have a non biased approach at job performance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (in addition to the above):
2. Previous quality assurance, social compliance auditing experience, supply chain management, manufacturing production, and/or environmental health and safety assessment.
3. Previous work experience in public speaking and/or managing conflict.
4. International travel experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work typically performed in office environment. As required by position, able to travel for short or extended periods of time to other CSCC and client business locations, vendors and other business related destinations
