Requirements:

6 months of sales experience required
6 months of call center experience
Advanced English (B2)
High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)
Demonstrated ability to respond to high volume inbound calls while compassionately handling concerns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 and above)
Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule
