• Job position is an onsite job, once the pandemic is over we will return to work at the office. This work from home mode is only temporary.
• You must be able to do our online interviews with your personal computer, laptop otherwise you could do it from a Cyber Café / Internet café.
On a typical day, you'll:
• Represent and help to build the business of the company
• Support customers over email, chat, and phone
• Interact with multiple customers at the same time
• Review, validate and update information
• Manage the operational process
• Collaborate closely with your team leads on process
• Communicate with internal departments
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and set the groundwork for building long-term customer relationships

• Live in Guadalajara city or its surroundings
• Internet download speed Minimum of 30mps
• 18 years or older.
