HCL is looking for a Cisco Voice (CRA) Specialist with:
Basic Understanding of Nice Call Recording Infrastructure.
Experience with Nice Call Recording Operations with User and System admin Operations and maintenance and Operational Checks, to include voice and Screen recording, analytics, Playback and Live Monitoring.
Able to analyze and troubleshoot issues like Users not recording in Nice Engage.
Knowledge on SIP or SIPREC protocol.
Experience with Cisco IP Telephony or Voice Infrastructure integrated with NICE in a large-scale environment.
Minimum Knowledge on Cisco Call Manager or Contact Center Environment.
Technical Certification related to Nice\Cisco is an added advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in Cisco Customer Response Applications
HCL Cisco Voice (CRA) Specialist will start working from home, but willingness to relocate to Guadalajara is needed given industry norms will dictate the return to our work location in a timely manner.
