We are looking for a creative individual who is passionate about sharing our story! You will report to marketing’s Content Manager, but work heavily with HR and other integrated departments to ensure our company’s messages are heard both digitally and offline.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, HR, service delivery and leadership on developing and executing communication both internally and externally.
Manage a strategic social media communications plan under the direction of the Content Manager.
Serve as department/initiative communication liaison.
Responsible for daily management of communication channels.
Tracks channel and specific campaign/content read rates and provides regular reporting with recommendations for improvements.
Researches channel improvements and recommends channel content alterations and improvements.
Responsible for creating/following a strageized email marketing calendar for the year and creating marketing communications such as newsletters, Yammer posts, and charity promotions.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
1-3 years of experience working in the marketing and communications sector
Be completely fluent in both English and Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a detail fanatic and be able to proofread, copy edit and create content without heavy supervision.
Be a concise and compelling writer with a positive and enthusiastic team player attitude.
Ability to perform in fast-paced environment while working independently with little supervision and strong organizational skills.
Must be able to meet tight deadlines, response to changing priorities and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously.
Active use of social media channels including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Yammer.
Knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Micrisoft Office Suite, Trello, CoSchedule, etc.
This position will be for normal business hours.
