Responsible for the maintenance and support of physical and virtualized Windows environments, on-premises and in the cloud.
You will be responsible for resolving technical issues through research and advanced troubleshooting whilst working directly with other technical support and development team members, as well as communicating with end users.
Required experience as a systems engineer in a Windows server technology environment (2008, 2012)
Required experience providing support for directory service solutions using Active Directory with Windows suite (2008, 2012). Active Directory services (AD DS, AD FS, AD CS, AD LDS, AD RMS)
Desirable experience with system center (SCCM, SCOM, Orchestrator)
Desirable experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or similar)
Desirable working knowledge of Microsoft Solutions/Operations frameworks and ITIL
Desirable experience with ticketing systems (BMC Remedy is a plus)
Bachelor of Computer Science or related field
Microsoft certified, MCSE and MCTIP;
Conversational English level required
