● Experience in sales / customer service / call center environment.

Candidate must have home office with computer, high‐speed internet, and noise‐cancelling headset with microphone, along with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other software as may be required in order to ensure productivity.
● Outbound calls to customer and understand their specific needs, collect additional information and documentation for processing.
● Develop case reports for service providers.
● Work with service providers to provide price quotation to customers.
● Communicate multiple options based on customer request and needs.
● Responsible for setting up appointments.
● Maintain regular contact with prospects and customers.
