Teleperformance is looking for tech support specialists with networking knowledge and/or experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Providing first and second level helpdesk support, including but not limited to receiving calls, opening and logging service desk tickets, addressing issues that can be quickly resolved, and routing/escalating trouble tickets to the appropriate resource. We provide Technical support via telephone at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, firewalls and security.
Key Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience providing Technical Support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Pleasant and professional phone demeanor
Ability to think critically, independently and apply resolutions to technical issues
Routing and Switching understanding
OSI Model knowledge
Desired
CCNA Certification
IT Related College Degree
We offer:
Base salary $17,000 and earn up to $20,622 (based on results)
Paid Training
Two days- off
