Territory Sales Manager, Mexico (Petroleum Industry/FUEL/ VALVES)
OBJECTIVE
As a sales manager your accountability is to achieve Quarterly and Annual Quota and Key Performance Indicators as specified by management. In this role, this person will be tasked with generating new business, making sales calls, performing client visits, presentations, and account management. He/She will be responsible for developing new business and expanding current accounts.
Position Responsibilities:
•Attain monthly and annual sales forecasts
•In-depth involvement with strategic objectives of major accounts.
•Establish and maintain relationships with key purchasing contacts at each account
•Assist in the creation of strategies designed to optimize revenue and profitability from each major account.
•Attend pre-sales client meetings and presentations with strategic account’s executives. Strategic accounts will typically represent the most significant revenue opportunities in the company
•Travel within the Territory to establish a complete understanding of FFS’s strengths and weaknesses. Regularly report to the home office regarding FFS’s market position, progress, and challenges, in order to ensure effective activities and results.
•Participate in the implementation of Sales and Marketing plans for FFS.
•Support strategic objectives, budgets, marketing information and programs, competitive intelligence studies, etc.
•Personally, establish and develop meaningful business relationships within Major Oil Companies, Major Fuel Marketing Groups, Instituto Mexicano del Petroleo, and other government agencies as required such as CRE and ASEA.
•Effectively manage time and efforts to ensure focused sales coverage for all FFS lines.
•Coordinate actions with FFS Product Management and Field Service Engineer to ensure appropriate technical support and technical training of contractors, installers and FFS distributors.
•Interact with FFS Management and FFS Product Managers to recommend new product requirements and/or modifications to existing products, to ensure individual market requirements are met.
•Participate in Industry Trade Shows. Front side for Industry Mexico Trade Show(s) planning and organization.
•Interact with International Sales Coordinator in the home office to assure customers’ needs are fulfilled. Actively participate in ideas to better meet or exceed our customers’ expectations regarding customer service.
•Other tasks and activities as assigned by Manager
Position Requirement’s:
Education:
Bachelor Degree: Electronical Eng., or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Eng. Degree, Engineering or Business Adminstration degree with experience in technical industrial sales / Bilingual
Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Sales of industrial equipme
· Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint y other productivity tolos
· Previous experience in the Petroleum Industry strongly preferred. Submersible pumps and surface (centrifugal pumps), Electric Motors, pipes and valves used for conducting liquid fuel, gas or other industrial fluid.
· Experience in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive y TEAMS
Required Skills
· English 90%,
· Ability and motivation to work effectively as part of a team with minimum supervision.
· Goal oriented and results driven.
· Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to travel around 50% of the annual work schedule for visits to clients and company facilities and meetings.
· Valid US passport and tourist visa
· Immediate availability
· Valid driver's license
