We are looking for a new member of the team for the position as Tissue Paper Technical Sales Support (Technical Assistant). In this role, you’ll work with Sales Representatives to optimize the market profit contribution, gross profit growth, taking care of the current applications and looking for new ways to expand the market.

The position is based on home office scheme and requires traveling availability

Requirements:
Chemical Engineer, Chemist, Biotechnology. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as Tissue Paper Technical Sales Support. His/Her role's responsibilities include managing and guiding all aspects of projects from inception through execution, cultivating of internal, as well as external relationships. Key attributes being sought include exceptional communication skills, unwavering attention to detail, and an innate desire for teamwork and integration. This is a demanding and challenging position with development opportunities which requires the following:

Profile:
· Chemical Engineer, Chemist, Biotechnology or related discipline
· Excellent knowledge about Yankee Coating, Enzymes, Retention and Draining, Paper microbiology, Stickies control.
· Excelling about chemical applications
· Excellent for human relations, team work, pro-active, high responsibility
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports.
· Traveling availability
· Strong analysis and solutions skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· English fluent - an English interview is scheduled

The main role's responsibilities include:
· Monitoring control dosage of our products in current Paper applications
· Laboratory tests according to the program already established
· Requesting and maintaining laboratory equipment in field
· To keep updated the list equipment in field
· Providing the necessary information for the best selection of equipment
· Keeping metering and monitoring equipment in good condition, scheduling the maintenance program
· Contribution to develop new applications and customers
· To be alert and support the Sales Representatives advising about new applications and new customers in the area
· Complying with the program of visits to customers
· Taking care of consignment inventories
· Supporting the Sales Representative updating Equipment Contract "Comodato"
· Support Internal Systems and Processes
· Encouraging and promoting new Technologies
